How much time it will take to reach 10 $$$$

That would depend on how much time you are willing to spend on posting quality discussions & responses to topics. If you devote your time making at least 100 posts (quality topics/responses with at least 4-5 sentences each) per day and depending on how fast you type, I can say that you can earn $10.00 in 5 days.

i am not getting too much from my posts... i posted 200 and i am @ 2.37$

That depends on the quality of your responses and also on the number of responses per day!... It took me a little over a week to reach my Minimum of $10.

Well right now I am averaging 3 cents a post approximately. Going by that rate, I will reach $10.00 at around approximately 333 posts. This is not bad at all in my opinion. One could easily make this in 3 - 7 days if they post a lot!
