have you ever been stuck without transpertaion?

It happened to me and my family a few times when we were to their parents. It rained and as there are no roads (the roads are made from rocks) after the rain everything was transformed into a grosy mud. So we remained stuck in there for a few days until everything dried.

Yes it does suck. I lived without a car for two months when I lived in new york. This was a big adjustment because I have had a car every since I was sixteen.

It is a rare occasion that this would ever happen to me. My husband and my brother are both mechanics so if I break down someone just brings me a loaner car until mine is fixed. I am a bit spoiled that way. We also have a spare clunker just sitting around in case one of the vehicles we actually drive needs work. It is ugly and stinks but it starts and runs.
