I have heard that working out in the morning is best since it gets you up and moving around. But anytime that you can fit it into your schedule is good. Preferable not at least 3 hours prior to bed though or you won't get to sleep. My doctor has told me to excercise prior to eating since your muscles are then warmed up to digest the food better.

I have heard that the best time to work out is in the morning. It helps boost your metabolism and you'll continue to burn calories throughout the day. I'm signing up with a gym this afternoon so I can lose the rest of the weight I gained while pregnant with my son! :)
