speaking braille to blind person

remember that part where Peter speaks braille to that blind guy and then he laughs? Can somebody please translate what was said.

I just have a question. How do you speak braille? Isnt braille something blind people use to read?

you really can't "speak" braille. It is a form of writing and the dots are all arranged in different patterns. you can only tell someone a few letters or so before you come to a letter that has a dot above another or below another.

The episode you are referring to is from season four and is called “Petergeist”. The translation appears to be the letters flg. I am not sure why he said this but by the response of the blind man it appears to be a racial slur.
