I am not sure there is one, I think you just have to be sensible and maybe keep warm and rest until it goes away, I don't think medications seem to help much.

My mother always tell me to drink lots and lots of water everytime I have a cold.That's my remedy for the common cold.I follow it everytime because there's nothing to loose and so much to gain. Water is very good for our body.
