According to me females can manage very well than males.They know how to manage in home and out. Iam sure males cannot become a better manager than females in home.

I think to become a good manager hindrance of gender is not significant. One who have good managerial skills, sound planner, better communication skills, capacity to handle situations in logical manner and dedication is enough to become a good manager irrespective of gender.

I think either man or woman can be a good manager but if the manager is a real top rank one then I can say from experience men do better. Women are not great leaders. This is a physiological scenario.

being a good manager doesn't have anything to do with gender. it's more the style of managing they do. managers that chip in & work right along with their employees are much better than the ones that sit around & act like the bully that you remember from your school days.
