Ingredients include Dehydrated Black Fungus(Would you eat?)

I recently purchased a cup of noodles style product and in the ingedients it said it included dehyrated black fungus. I am sure then mean mushrooms but would you eat something if the ingredients said that?

Yuck! I've certainly never thought of mushrooms that way. I'm sure that's what is was, as well. I love to eat them anyway. I does sort of gross you out when you start reading ingredient labels, especially on some of the lunch meats.
