What would you do if a colleague you work next to every day wore a perfume or aftershave you didn't like the smell of?
Would you tell them or suffer in silence? How would you tell them in a non-offensive way?

Tact tact tact. If you are able to make a tactful comment and think that the co-worker is the type who can handle it, I might be inclined to say something like, "My allergies have been wild lately and perfumes trigger them. Would it offend you if I asked you not to wear any for a bit?"
If you know your co-worked is thetype who cannot take constructive feedback, then I might just let it go.
