What do you think will happen to rising generations if they lose faith in God?

One of the things that makes us uniquely human is our ability and yearning to worship and have faith in God. It separates us from the animals. If we lose our spiritual base, will we be headed into a moral dark age and possible self-destruction?

I am scared that that is happening now. My faith is my strength. The gospel has made me a better person. If society as a whole does not have faith in Heavenly Father, they have no backup when trial hit them. They often become bitter and have no morals. This is not what happens to everyone just some. Crime will increase, and relationships will faulter. Hmm?? Do you see this happening now?

Yes. There are a lot of people who think that this is all there is and that whatever they do is their own personal affair, with no affect on others. The unfortunate result is a society that has become detached from its foundation. What is encouraging, though, is that many of the younger generation are rejecting the secularism and agnosticism of their parents, having seen the consequences of such beliefs.

Nothing special. The life will go on as now.
