How long have you gone to college for? I'm graduating this year and want to become an accountant, so I'm curious as to how long it takes. Also, what country do you live in? I think that makes a difference too.

Well i have gone to college since 2003 of the fall, but then it all depends on if you an a, b student and if you have the right teachers as well that teaches u the stuff... I live in the USA.

That's wonderful!! I want to become one too but right now I'm not in a position to decide whether to work or study, my hubby is looking for another job and we nmight move and I want to be where he is..so my plans have to wait. Good luck with your studies and career:)

First of all I want to congratulate for your efforts in your studies. You only have at least a year to go and finally you will realize your dream to become an accountantAnd when you do, that's a heads up from me. I too am an Accountant sutednt and still a long way to go. I am enjoying my major so far combining analytical and technical skills to arrive at complex problems. I love studying and I hope one day I'll become a successful accountant.
