Do You Believe in Chiropractors??

I didn't use to and then I started dating one a few years ago, I saw him adjust alot of ppl and they always felt better. Now I have hurt my back helping my daughter move and I am wondering if a Chiropractor is what I really need or should I go to a regular doctor for my constant back pain, any suggestions?
