Will traveling a lot ruin my life?

I have been traveling alot in Europe and USA these last ten years. Just after getting married, 4 years ago, I feel inside my heart and mind a bit different. I feel like guilty leaving my wife and two kids alone in Indonesia. While sometimes I am happy with my friend hanging around when I am on duty abroad. I love my kids the best love i ever had. But what about my wife? This question never be fully answered. I am sure my wife has the same question.

Have you considered taking her with you? Or just flying her and the children out to see you for a week.
It all depends on how long you are abroad for. If it's for months at a time, do try to get her out to see you (ask your employer if they will pay).

that's the problem.
the company won't pay the traveling cost for my wife.
Last year i've been 8 months in USA.
