Which anti-virus program is the best?

I prefer Norton as the best antivirus as it doesn't delete the virus directly.. first it just try to repair that particular virus for example like my.jpg is infected then it will remove virus from my.jpg so photo won't get deleted where in other antivirus, mostly do not repair the virus, they simply remove the files.

A Yo , yea ...believe me buy an original Kaspersky Antivirus. It works absolutely perfect on any machines, be it yur pirated Windows Operating Systems, Linux OS. It fights against all spams,dangerous viruses, any malicious programs. Keeps yur computer very secure from hackers and every sort of phishing activities too.

I think Nod32 is best for any kind virus.

i think mcafee is good , all these virus s/w are designed differently .. some of them are designed for security, some of them are only to remove virus from the core of ur system .. and some are to protected .. and some are to slow down your systemm www.science-tech-knowledge.blogspot.com

i have been using my computer surfing the net for 2 years now and i didnt get any virus since (knock on wood!!!) i installed my NOD32 anti virus, its been my eye eversince...maybe you should give that a try.

Norton Anti virus can make the pc run slow... AVG cant remove all viruses, Mcaffee can't remove all virus also.... The best way is prevention.... prevention is better that cure ^_^

i am using AVG free from years ! and i am not facing any types of problem till now ! having antivirus is not sufficent ! you must be able to remove it manually too!

i use avg from start of my anti-viruse software and i have no problem only 3 crash in 5 month choos what you want

Lavasoft. All the well know anti-virus software makers are all well-known to the virus writers too and the virus writers can usually keep ahead of them in my opinion. I heard about hijackthis being a very useful since it creates a log of what the problem really is which can be sent to experts to solve. I haven't been able to figure out how to use it in order to try it out though...

I am not using any anti-virus programme currently... but i would like to introduce some free antivirus program avast and kapersky
