Have you tried any weight loss/dietary supplement replacement shakes? How did you find they worked for you? Did they have any side effects? Did you lose any weight? Would you reccommend them to others? Why/Why not?

I am not fat so I don't take any weight loss supplement, however, it doesn't prevent me from recommending those my friends use.

Ive lost fifteen kilos since having my son, but I have those last few kilos to lose that I just cant seem to get rid of no matter how hard I exercise hence why I am considering taking supplements to try and kick start the weight loss... again...
