In the summertime, I have them painted blue to match my sandals. Blue is my favorite color. Otherwise, I tell them (I get a pedicure once a month) to surprise me. I have tried out all sorts of neat colors. :-)

I'm male so this really does not apply to me, but I used to paint designs using nail polish and acrylic paints on my sisters fingernails.

I like tp p[aint toenails with a bit dark shades as maroon.Rarely I prefer light shades.

I have not personally done this in yrs. But I remember doing mine either Pink, Purple or Blue. I just would not find it appropriate for me to do anymore.
