At which time you wake up in the morning?

I wake up at 7:30 am during working days. On Saturday and Sunday, it depends, it will be usually 9 am. It seems that to recover slepping hours in the morning, it has not a big worth. It is better to go to sleep before, but how to make it with the lot of things to do at work and at home?
