will new sholay be a hit?

Was don a hit..no.I dont think sholay will b a hit.There will b comparison...and the old sholay is beyond comparison.

most of the remakes hav very high xpectations n so it all depends on d homework done by the director i personally think it wll b a flop with all the actors backin out of the movie

I think nobody can remake the original sholey. If if Ramu made the sholey as good as old sholey, people will always think of Old Sholey. It will be same case like New Don.

As far as raking mullah is concerned I think the movie will be a smash hit ,No doubt ,what with the curiosity the movie has already generated .The star cast looked impeccable ,The promos of the characters are splendid and above all Ramu's deft handling will be it's assets.For me I'm looking 4ward to see two of the greatest actors of the modern times sharing space together ,yup The confrontation between Amitabh and Mohanlal is mouth watering 4 the cine connoisseurs.and I think this will be the USP of the movie.

I think the new sholay is going to be hit. Amitab Bhachan is the Gabbar Singh in it. I think he is going to do a fantastic acting in it as a villian. Also, I think Ajay Devgan is going to a good job as Veru. I am having good expectation in the movie Sholay. Hope it is going to be a good movie and is going to do justice to the orginal movie.

yes there are the chances because as we have seen in the past his work was outstanding . people admired his work and he got a huge responce for his contribution.

No it will not be a hit....as remakes must be going to flop and amitabhji..pl. get retired..as amjad is amjad u can't do it i know.

I think it wouldbe a flop and far far away from being hit coz remake of old sholay cant be possible.we dont get actors perfoming work like amitab or dharmandra and unlike hema who is such a fine actress.

there are lots of discussions and expections around about new Sholay. i don't like the remake of old movie like Sholay which is a milestone in Indian cinema. Don was not hit! and i hope Sholay will not be hit too! but i am very curious about Amitabh's role as 'Gabbar'. it will give him yet another chance to show how great actor he is. the role 'gabbar' in Sholay is a kind of myth now. if Amitabh did it better than Amzad - that is what the point to see.

if the ramu's sholay will repeat the same story line (as in shahruk's don) it will going to be the biggest flop (no one can make the same sholay again), if the story line is changed then there is a possibility that i may be a hit, but i doubt that it is going to be the super hit... lets see what will happen to it, i will see it for sure as BIG B is there.

yes but i don't think that ramu;s sholay will be as hit as old sholay.old sholay was a blockbuster movie and i don't think that any movie can break it's record.
