To setup wireless network

wireless network bitween laptops - make a wireless connection bitween two laptops , to use internet

There are two laptops in my house and I want to set a wireless network between them.I use win xp on both of my laptops and one of my laptop is directly connected by wire to modem. So, that i can use internet in both of my laptops.
