TO ME IT CAN BE BOTH BUT MORE OF LOVE MARRIAGE.bcoz both know each other n then consent on getting married,it is based on mutual love n understanding wish to be witheach other forever.but sometimes 3rd person(arrange marriage)also becomes the reason to bring together the two souls
