Funiture refinish

I have recently accidently scratched a fine burl-wood desk top - any suggestions on a repair. The scratch appears to be in the finish serface.
Top is porbably a vanier
Scratches are about 2-ft long. a file was moved with one of those twin metal clips to hold paper on the back side.
