Searching for a Full time maid/ domestic help..almost impossible getting one

Its been almost 2 years now since we've been searching for a full time maid/domestic help but to no avail.. Its been one year now for our little baby girl and we are desperately looking out for someone to take care of baby and the house hold work. As baby is getting older it is becoming very difficult for M-I-L to take care of her who has till now been looking after baby..In fact it is difficult for on person to look after her since she keeps running about and is quite curious to know about everything... So now lets see how much more time it'll be till we have a full time maid..
