1. I've read your resume/application, but a page or two is never enough room to really describe ourselves. What else should I know about you to make a good decision about your qualifications for this job? 2. What sort of position are you really looking for? -- if you had your druthers, what would your next job be like, what would it have you doing day by day? 3. Where do you want to be -- and what do you want to be doing -- five years from now? 4. What are your salary/compensation expectations, really? 5. What is the most significant thing you accomplished in your most recent (or current) job? 6. What would you say is the most significant failure or frustration you experienced in your most recent job? 7. Why did you leave (are you leaving) your most recent job? 8. What are your major strengths? 9. None of us is good at everything. What are your major weaknesses? 10. How would you describe your management style? -- give me some examples, if you can. 1. I've read your resume/application, but a page or two is never enough room to really describe ourselves. What else should I know about you to make a good decision about your qualifications for this job? I'm Hard working, determined, opinionated, fun loving, excited, have lots of personality, enjoy people, people enjoy me, what can i say? haha... 2. What sort of position are you really looking for? -- if you had your druthers, what would your next job be like, what would it have you doing day by day? Hmm, well i like what i'm doing right now, on the radio station, i'm a DJ, but if i had to chose something else, it would be working with people, all the time, i really love people. 3. Where do you want to be -- and what do you want to be doing -- five years from now? 5 Years from now, all i want to be is a mom, but i also love the radio thing, i think maybe 5 years from now it would be nice to have more connections with that, and maybe look into doing some DJ'ing locally. 4. What are your salary/compensation expectations, really? Enough to live comfortably, not enough to be rich. 5. What is the most significant thing you accomplished in your most recent (or current) job? Keep people interested, make a good show, and play some of the best tunes ever made. 6. What would you say is the most significant failure or frustration you experienced in your most recent job? 7. Why did you leave (are you leaving) your most recent job? If i were to leave, it would be because i'm not fulfilling my current expectations, my last job, i quit because it wasn't some place i was happy. 8. What are your major strengths? I'm organized, strong mentally, emotionally and physically, i can do anything i decide i want to do, i'm happy, energetic with things i enjoy, and entertaining. 9. None of us is good at everything. What are your major weaknesses? Nerves, i get nervous, and then i can't think properly, i also get tired if something becomes boring. And i have quite a temper. 10. How would you describe your management style? -- give me some examples, if you can. With me, the job is going to get done, and done right, no time for slacking. I make things as fun as i can, and push for the best. Sometimes that can be a problem, but most of the time my caring and encouraging side covers that, and makes it work all the way around. also, with my organization skills, i seem to find what's best for everyone quickly and efficiently.
