Have any of you had success with regression therapy

I recently tried some sort of regression therapy.
But it wasn't a succesfull expierence.
I had some idea, that the therapy was under done under hypnosis, but she was using healing and other wierd stuff :-|
Have any of you tried it, and how was the result?
