I have been criticised number of times by my colleagues and my superior officers for the nature of work and performance. Of course, as per their thinking, I may not be upto the mark. I took it as a feedback and improved lot in the work. I didn't react immediately.

i always got criticized! people really are judgemental at times and others wanted to make you feel bad because that makes them feel good about themselves.
