Give me your best defence as to why or why-not keep your virginity until marriage.

I too see your point about it being a personal decision and so on but there are factors to debate either way no matter how you choose. It is good idea but so is winning he lottery. And just as many people will wait as will win the lottery.

Chances are though, you won't win the big prize. I'm not judging people here, I'm just trying to get into the mindset of the average computer user. I personally think sexuality is gone crazy in the last 20 years. It's just my opinion, some might say there's nothing wrong with that. Who am I to argue. I just can't believe that people get made fun of for not saving themselves until they get married.

People get made funof for NOT saving them selves for marriage. I would think it would be the opposite. Most people "guys" anyway will tease a girl who is saving it for marriage.

If you really want a personal opinion then I will give you one. I wish I had waited. It would have saved me alot of trouble and heart ache

I don't have any argument for it. I can usually think of some reason for these types of question, but not when it comes to keeping your virginity. I'm coming up blank. Maybe because it's such a personal thing that people's reasons wouldn't be based on any fact, but personal opinion and beliefs.

Good answer but, I'm wanting people to defend their choice to keep or give it up before marriage. I'm trying to figure out the mindset of the world today.

And I'm speaking purely about keeping your virginity, obviously. As for not waiting - well, you wouldn't buy a car without a test drive, would you? It's always a good idea to ensure compatibility in all aspects of a relationship before a lifelong commitment.

I take it you are talking about a female as from what I have seen not many males like to keep their virginity so I say if this is the case why should a female. I think it is good for abyone to get all their curiousities out of the way before they get married.

It is something very much special. so you can reserve it for a very special person. Thats the point i think....
