Both are good excercise According to age of a person... If a person is young then for them dancing is a better excercise than walking..as in dancing all the parts of the body gets excercise.. from top to bottom... But for older people... walking is very good, because if they dance then all of us know what will happen.

it depends on who its for. like an older person who has bad bones or something, they might want to walk. a younger person and people who are more able bodied, they could walk, jog, run and dance. u wouldnt ask an elderly person to go take a sprint, u would expect them to walk right??

I think walking is always a better exercise than dancing. And studies always prove that walking is the best form of exercise.

dancing is better than just walking coz it gets your mind diverted and then you get a fresh energy what i feel.

I would recommend coming home from work, eating a light snack like a yogurt or granola bar for energy, then working out. Then when you are done working out eat a balanced meal. This will do 2 things. 1. it will stimulate your hunger and you will be feeding your newly worked muscles that are in need of protein. 2. It will stop you from working out after a meal - working out right after a meal is a BAD idea. When you eat your body sends its reserve blood supply to your stomach to stimulate digestion. When you exercise just after eating you are restricting blood flow to your stomach and redirecting it to your muscles - by doing this your food will not be properly digested. This can lead to diarrhea, constipation, and nutritional/vitamin deficiencies.
