SUSE

I've only tried Ubuntu so far and think it's pretty cool. Plan to try some of the other distros as well though. Perhaps SuSE and Fedora. Also I have an old computer that might benefit from Xubuntu or another slim linux. Found this site that helps keep you updated on the distros: http://distrowatch.com

I vote for Ubuntu. It is most popular linux distro and everything is said with that.

For me the best linux distribution is ubuntu... the actual stable version is 7.04, in october it'll be available 7.10 (actually in developing)

its depends on the kind of user i prefer fedora or suse if the purpose is designing FEA 3D modelling
