first of all welcome to the community..now the basic thing is that its a site that pays u to respond to discussions and when someone responds to ur discusisons..so the basic funda behind earning more is by particpating more..but keep in mind that although quantity is important..if u don't have substance in ur replies u may find that u effort is not being rewarded..so make sure that u post good responses..and for starters respond more rather than starting ur own discussions..and one last thing posting images under ur interests is also a good way to earnd here..
