dvd player problems

hi there when i try to watch a film on my dvd player it dont come in colour it works in colour on the computer but not on the dvd player it used to work. sometimes it works then it goes why is this can someone help me.

This is just another discussion that received no response unfortunately. I am not saying that we could have helped this person directly but perhaps we could have given them some advice on where to go to find the information that they wanted/needed.
