more than 900 year old yoga person(yogi)

This is strange information I want to share with you. last week I saw T.V programe about the ancient yogi in India and about meditation. So in this programe they showed some 900 years old yoga person and same as like that person in Himalaya mountain. So first time I cant believe that then I keep watching the programme till end. After that I found lots of information about meditaion and yoga and I found some book and it says "it can happend when you trying to do yoga in always". Can you believe that?
