who knows how to get rid of the virus?

there's a virus lurking around yahoo messenger. it attaches itself to your friends YM, its a link. once you click the link you will have the virus and it will destroy your pc. does anybody knows here how to get rid of it? not just by not clicking it in order to get rid of it. i mean, does anyone have an antivirus or something?
