sir, we have taken FIXED DEPOSITS for 250000.00 from margadarsifinanciers hyderabadin the name SMT.M SURYAPRABHA(MYWIFE) pensioner of APGENCO/VIDYUT SOUDHA HYDERABAD, bearing nos.1.ABL 6486 DT.5-4-06 FOR RS.150000.00 AND 2.ABL 6487 DT.5-4-06 FOR RS.100000.00.the maturity date is 29-3-2010.yesterday i.e.on 14-12-06 we went to their office and requested for premature withdrawaldue to our medical and domestic problems, duly drwing trheir attention to the rule 8 fo the fdr which is giving provision for premature withdrawal at the discretion of the company. The response is quite hope less and advised us to produce the documentary proof of medical treat ment to getback my own money which is highly embracing and felt insulted.when my own money not helpful to me for my necessities what then what for money? i also brought to the notice that i was informed by sri.prasadarao customer relations officer margdarsifinanciers/hyderabad that the same premature withdrawals were allowed till september-06 but, not now why, the reasons best known to him. so the company can change their systems at the cost of depositors as if it was impressed on me that that is their will and pleasure to consider the premature withdrawals are not/ in this circumstance i felt insulted and humiliated and to get backmoney i have to beg the company with folded hands and otherwise .ikam helpless in this .at the time of putting the deposit i was in formed the then managere of the branch that even if i take fdr for four years i can take earliar but not beore six months to get the interest thereon,na dwith rhe hope only we have taken the certificates, which is in live till september-06, but dead now to resons best known to them.please advise me to what to do get back my money, leave aside the interest, As i could not bear the insult...and humiliation .I have only requested for my domestic and medical problems and providing documentary proof for getting back my money is highky objectionable and against law of the land. can someone help me up!!!
