I suggest that you learn as much about the company as you can. Start the letter by telling them that although they are not currently looking for employees, you find the type of work they are doing to be very interesting. Tell them specifically what you find interesting about the company. Then talk about what you have accomplished that fits the company and what you want to do for them. Good Luck
