are working women really important

hi friends, do you think a women should work after giving birth to a child, or should she concentrate on raising her family?personally i think that she should devote her time to raising her family and quit her work, if she is a working woman.
what do you think?

I think that most women want to stay home with their children as long as they can. However, a lot depends on how feasible that is financially for the family, if the woman will lose her career, or if it is a single parent household. Many factors can combine that will make it difficult or impossible to stay home .

yes even i think the same becoz children r not the same with baby sitters, they actually need parent's attention
