Do you buy Christmas gifts for your childs teacher?

At our school out on a table in the front they put out a book. In it is a page for each teacher and they write their favorites....favorite color, restaurant, drink, hobby etc. That way when (if) you wish to purchase them a gift you have something to go by. I will probably purchase a gift for my childs teacher, the computer teacher who lost her husband suddenly at the beginning of the school year, and maybe the girls in the office. How about you?

Yes, I'm actually on my way out right now to pick up a teacher gift and bus driver. I will be going to the craft store so my son can make a personalized ornament, or something similar....

I don't have kids, but my mom is a teacher. Gifts are a great way to show your appreciation! She gets a lot of cookies, teas, or chocolates, which are always nice to have! A gift certificate to Target or a teacher supplies store would be above and beyond.

I think teachers deserve so much more appreciation than they get. They work so much harder than most people think. Kudos to your mom :)
