How do I lose 50lbs by April 11th, 2007?

ok So april 11th is my sweet sixteen and I really want to look fabulous, so I was wondering how much of what kind of exercise should I do everyday and what kind of foods should I eat? And please don't suggest signing up for a program because I can't because I am under aged and my parents say I have to lose the weight by myself. And also I want to get down to a 6 minute mile by then (right now its a 10minutes) so please try and incorporate that into the plan you are making. Please and thank you!

I suggest you start running and swimming. These are what are called complete exercises. You still have lot of time till april. So, I am sure you can bring your body to the shape you want. Cheers.
