Is it true that only 2% of the entire illegal population actually pick crops?

I didn't realize that the figure was so low. If that is true I would say that the rest are working in meat packing factories, landscape companies, in restaurants as the cleaning part, mega farm hands , stable hands, maids, janitors and municipal cleaning. That would just be some guesses.

I wouldn't of personally thought it would be that low (I guess you're talking about America) however, I'm sure there are alot more in cleaning jobs, jobs with low wage that American companies are more than happy to pay them very little to do.
