Do u boil the milk or do u drink it directly?

I like to drink it directly, since in my country, the milk is already been pasturized and is safe from bacteria, and so this could be the only reason for being tall, i m 6'3 inch, since milk has full of calcium, do u think so

i love drinking milk. and generally, i first boil the milk, allow it to cool, then keep it in refrigerator and drink after cooling it.

i don't think you need to do that.. do you drink it directly from the cow.. i mean do you milk the cow and and then get her milk and just drink it??? if that is the case you do need to boil it.. but if you just need to buy it from your store.. it's just fine to drink it... but it depends if you want warm or cold.. it's your call...

But i heard that there some times exist bacter in milk and in some countries people add water to quantity of milk, and if we boil then the germs would be killed. do u think so?

Yes, milk helps with your bones, so it does help you grow taller if you're still growing. I like my milk cold too.

Since adults don't benefit from the calcium in milk I doubt if it had anything to do with your height, that's genetic. In my country milk is also pasteurized so there is no need to boil it. I drink very little anyway as it causes all kinds of health problems and has little or no benefit after the age of 12.

it depends....in winter i prefer warm milk...and in summers i drink cold milk..

yes i always boil the milk before drinking.boiling the milk before drinking kills all the harmful bacteria.milk should be pasturized.

Yes I drink it directly because its been pasteurized. I never tried the fresh milk.
