how powerful is the human mind?

i often wonder how powerful i am mentally....do i really have the power to do an impossible task?am i that capable? well according to a programme in tv ....we human utilise only 7% of the power of the brain. do u think it is true?

huamn mind is the best working mind among all others. but its depend on humans how they r using. few r using just to destroy whole world & few r working to make the world more beautiful.
