Humans: Strive to Be Taller?

Should humanity work to be taller? I've heard that shorter people have longer lifespans, but it seems a lot of people prefer taller people.

your lifespan has nothing to do with your height . And those who like height , they can do exercises to increase height .. bt the exercises should be done at the right age before or GSH (grwoth stimulating hormone ) stops secreting
