Button Identification - Eagle with JW

I while back I found a button while metal detecting. I have not been able to identify the button in any of the books I have. It is a 2 piece button, 1" in diameter. There is an eagle on the button facing the viewer's right. The eagle is crude in design compaired to other eagle buttons. On the eagles chest is a circular shield with the letters JW and the background of the shield is a pockmark design. The backmark is "Extra Quality" with 3 stars separating the words on each side. The button is in dug condition and still has it's shank. I found the button in a park in New Jersey. I would appriciate and any help in identifying this button.
