I am new member of mylot. I like to know the payment procedure of Mylot. Are members being paid according to the discussions they involve or messages they posted or photos they upload? and why should they pay to members? what benefit they get from these discussions to pay?

Mylot pays for
1. discussion topics you post
2. Posting of responses for discussions
3. Uploading of photographs
4. If you bring in referrals, you get paid continuosly as long as that referrals is earning here.
Honsetly, I do not know how the calculation is made.
