Spammers. this is the new way these spammers get more from mylot. have u noticed how mylot changed its guidelines, now u see posts like my daughter taking drugs, shes 16 and pregnant, my son hates me, etc. mylot wont post other discussions in the first section, so spammers just end up spammig with these really boring discussions, mylot became a boring discussion site. (Im still here though and i still enjoy posting answers to some discussion)U had lots to discuss before, a huge diversity of posts, not anymore. i dont think they were able to reduce spam as they wanted to. I know some posts were stupid and people kept repeating them, those should be deleted. I dont think theyll let this discussion in the 1st section, and it might not get any answers. ..

You need to check out http://www.digitaljournal.com I find myself spending more and more time at DJ. A lot of interesting news topics and you have none of the stupid questions like do you brush your teeth and so forth. I still come here hoping to find something decent to discuss but its getting harder and harder too.

I think when Mylot realizes that a majority of the posts on here is redundant and meaningless they will try to take a different approach to filtering out all the spam and spammers. With the total number of members reaching over 46,000 theyre has to be something done or this place will be a endless list of crappy posts.

i agree. mylot has become boring. mainly due to the lack of decent discussions. it is hard to find one interesting enough to answer. and i also agree, the attempt to reduce the spam didnt work all that well. there are still so many worthless posts on here.
