Can anybody suggest to me a completely free Music Video and Audio download site, pleeeeeeeeeeeeease? That is one where you don't have to pay a fee to become a member and download free music... I can't seem to find one, although once upon a time, a friend did indicate one to me, so I know they're around. Pleeeeeeeease help!

Everybody go to www.mpeg-search.com and get ur music. Dont worry I'm not getting referrals by doing it. This is the primary site that i use for getting hold of music. Dont be fooled by the name, coz i never got any mpegs from there. Its for audio only, i guess. I get video songs mostly from esnips, but there too the count is very low. I dont know of any video songs sites available.

I use a program called dc downloads that a friend installed on my pc - it seems quite a complicated program to set up though and i'm not quite sure of it's legality either. It works like a hub where you connect to other peoples machines to download their music and stuff. I haven't used it for months as was quite worried about using it. If you would like a link to their website to download the program send me a message! ;-)

Ok... thank you for the information Bizzie. This site sounds a little like YouTube and another video one I visited, and they seem to work quite well. I think they get round the legalities by people sending in the vids rather than them pirating the originals. Some are good quality and some not so good, and you have to be careful of viruses with music downloads, but I might just take a look in there at some point.
Thank you and Brightest Blessings.

I'm a bit late in replying to this discussion but I use limewire and youtube. If you want music videos, youtube is a good programme to use, but limewire has both audio and videos.
Good luck in your search.

Limewire works well if you want individual songs. Either limewire or bit torrent will work well if I want to download an entire CD or video. I see you have several suggestions already, though I am not familiar with most of them. I guess I'm going to have to look into some of them and see how well they work.
