We just had a trainer from a company called Barkbusters come, and he was great. I looked it up and there are a few in your state. I would encourage you to at least give them a call and ask for some advice. Check out barkbusters.com

Well actually this is what has always worked best for me. I just take the puppy out every two hours. Let the pup roam about the yard for about 15 minutes and then you can let her back in. The first few times she might mess the floor but she'll get the idea and start looking forward to not only getting out but to the praise she gets for 'doing her business' outside. Puppies are like kids. They don't realize they have to go until they really have to go. By taking her out ever couple hours she'll get the idea that she needs to go out, and it will give her time to grow enough to hold her water and her messes until she gets out. After a couple months you will either notice her asking to go out or you can extend the time between 'potty breaks'. This method has proved to be very easy on both animal and owner.
