Okay T.O. is a jerk guys, no cowboy fan can defend him now. During tonight's football game it was reported that he spit in the guy (DeAngelo Hall of the Falcons) that was cover him's face. Hall addressed this in his post game speech. He said Owens had a good game, but he lost all respect for him and would never speak to him after Owens spit in his face. The broadcasters interviewed Owens after the game about this and Owens hemmed and hawed and said "I'm sorry, He was bothering me, he was in my face saying he shut me down last year, I had to put him in his place, so I spit in his face". The league has no option, they need to suspend him for the rest of the season, his actions are inhumane and show he has no ethics or morals!

Nothing with TO surprises me anymore. I think it was handled fairly though, because that's all they've done to other players that spit like Sean Taylor. I don't really care for either of these players really, but I do have to say Hall took it well until he asked for TO to be suspended. It's not like he sucker punched someone like Carmelo!

Despite Hall being a trash talker himself, he handled this with a lot of class and I applaud him for that. Let's see "the great ball coach Parcells" show some ethics and bench T.O. for a game, he can do it without league approval.

I agree Theisman is pretty bad. Jones will be the reason Parcells retires again.

That would be funny! You know Jerry Jones would never let that happen though! He loves all the attention TO brings to the Cowboys which equals $$ in his pocket... Someone I don't remember once said there is no such thing as bad press... Guess it's time to go back to MNF... I hate Theisman! Worst football announcer of alltime. He's what Bill Walton is to the NBA!

Im not saying that he deserved to be spit on by any circumstances but DHall needs to admit when he has been outplayed. Last year he said he shut him down when TO had 142 total yards and this year TO got 2 touchdowns and Hall was still talking trash.

Talking trash? The only trash on that field was T.O. , heck I'm a Ravens fan so I'm not a fan of either of those players but T.O. is the scum of the NFL and when the Cowboys release him after the season (otherwise Parcells will quit most likely), no team should resign the drama queen!

Whoaaaa! Spitting in the face??!! C'mon, TO has to be the biggest loser. I don't suppose he ever thought of just playing harder to shut Hall up??!! Oh, that's right, TO ---can't--- shut his mouth. It's like his hands - always open! Occasionally, he'll make a great catch, but then his mouth goes wide open and the next thing you know, so does his hands! And there goes dropped ball after dropped ball! Sorry, but the NFL should've had enough of his actions to expel him from the game. I don't think he plays as good as he thinks he does! I've watched him. And there are just too many misses for him to be as great a player as he thinks he is.

he's a hero to all the thug and thug lovers though. I think he's a pathetic excuse for a football player and should be out of the league permanently he's up to like strike 6 or 7 now!

lol. The rest of the season? Not likely. There are a lot of dirty shots that go on in a pile that we don't ever see. Hall has no room to talk...he's one of the dirtiest players. He horse-collared a receiver that was already 8 yards into the endzone. pfft...spitting. Hall's actions could have costed a person's career.

somehow I'm guessing you are a Cowboys fan and blinded by your worship of your team. Sorry, this is nothing more degrading than spitting in another players face. T.O.'s list of infractions is long enough the NFL must take action. Nothing less than a season long suspension will deliver the message. Even Deion basically called T.O. and idiot to his face.

He got fined $35,000, that enough of a punishment. He did it because the dude Hall wouldn't back down and was trash talking him. Hall should learn to shut his mouth up and just play the game. TO was just defending himself morally. GO T.O

Morally? How do you consider spitting in someone's face to be moral? I'm guessing you were searching for a different word, and also guess you are a T.O. fan. Sorry, the fine is a joke, just wait, kids will spit in each other's faces in school in gym and go "hey he was bothering me", major mistake by the nfl!
