Investment in real estate/properties are really paying well. But the danger is you should be careful in registering the property. No body will tell you if the property has a history of litigation. Title to the property should be clean and free from all litigation and it should have approval by the authority for industria/commercial/residential etc. In Bangalore city, people have rags to riches story of those who invested in property and become rich.

it depends on the land and where it is situated... if u buy it in a well developed city and sell it instantly..u can make profit but is it subjected to several conditions ..like whats the govt cost of those lands, whats the private cost of those lands, and if the realestate business is on boom, the recent developments in the city,number of new companys in the city..etc in my city the land cost is veryhigh coz of huge population , new companys , city developments...etc a middle class man cannot buy the land in the city..he has to switch to the city outskirts...and if there is any new companys tat r going to start there busines over there then the land value will surely increase at tat place too.. if u invest in a land which is far from citys and villages then it would be foolish and u'll be in a loss... so it will be profitable subjected to the above conditions else it would take time untill the conditions are met...
