What toolbars do you have on your Internet Explorer/Firefox

Just curious as to what all toolbars you have turned on or installed on your browser. I've seen some people use a lot of them and actually crowd their browser so much that it's hard to surf easilyt.
I'm using FireFox now and have only the google toolbar - only the search box actually.
Do you use the yahoo/google/MSN or any other toolbar?
Beware - some of them are spyware/adware!!

I don't have any toolbars. I don't like them crowding up my browser- and you are right some of them are spyware!
