Are you accessing the internet so much it is interfering with life? Job, family, social contacts?
If so you may very well be addicted.
If you find that this is just a 'slow' time in your life where you are simply 'restoring' your batteries yet keeping up with events and maintaining social contacts via the web, that you are not suffering job interference, that your family is not suffering from your current state then it is probably not going to be a long term problem.
If any of the above is happening, I suggest you limit your hours online, read a book, take a walk, do volunteer work.
Removing yourself from the problem may help you readjust your priorities into a more effective form.

get a boyfriend or any other things to do!
but sometimes is better to stay at home.
