I was wondering about vegetarian meals. Do all vegetarians need to have iron suppliments? Else where do vegetarians get iron from? What tasty meals can be made from ust vegetables and beans?

I was raised vegetarian....and although I did start eating meat much later in life, I've always had a healthy childhood. In certain countries vegetarianism is very high. Therefore the food there is balanced to ensure you get your share of nutrients from it. You dont have to eat meat every day to ensure you get your iron intake. Similarly you don't have to eat greens every day - just to ensure that you consume some on a regular basis maybe two or three times a week. All leafy greens like spinach, leeks, fenugreek, etc. will provide you sufficient iron. PS: I still eat meat very rarely! Am largely a vegetarian! :)

Even i am a vegetarian..I don't know all the stuff about from where is the iron coming or everything .But i know one thing that i am healthy..

I'm glad your healthy though I'm not sure I would be if I didn't eat meat. I found some interesting vegetarian recipes though. They tasted great when I had them.

no need to worry, you get sufficent suppliments for your body even though you are a vegetarian, the green leafy vegetables have more of iron and other vitamins and minerals, so eat more of grean leafy vegetables

This is helpful, but how much leafy vegetables do you have to eat in a day to get enough, I heard that youd have to eat heaps of it.
